Before buying: home inspection

We assess the condition of the apartment at the time of sale, and what measures will be required in the short and long term. Get an overview of the situation with an inspection carried out by certified inspectors. A recommendation for further technical investigation can be suggested if anything out of the ordinary is found here.

Pre-sale: Handover inspection

An inspection that takes place in connection with the sale of your apartment is called a transfer inspection. We compile the seller’s documents for the buyer. In this inspection, a thorough technical examination of the apartment is carried out.
