Solkusten Besiktning is a Swedish project that has existed since 2021, the purpose of which is to help Swedes with inspections before selling and buying homes on the Spanish sun coast. The concept is a natural spin-off from Besiktningsbolaget i Dalarna AB, which offers home inspections in Sweden.
